The Little River Art Galleries II project consists of 3 projects: 1, an exterior renovation and building improvement; 2, an interior build-out for Spinello Projects; and 3, creation of white shell spaces for future tenants. PRAVDA surveyed the existing 15K SF combination of warehouse buildings, met with the owners and the tenant, and created the design and layout for the transformation of the existing warehouses into a minimalist gallery for fine art. The succinct design hearkened to MiMo vernacular and integrated an industrial chique aesthetic with improved lighting, the addition of plantings, and the creation of new social areas to congregate.
