The Boardwalk Apartments is one of several projects we did for YMP Real Estate Management. The complex consists of 5-story buildings with over 300 units, a swimming pool with sundeck, a state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts, a children’s playground, a property management office, and scenic paths that wind through the site. PRAVDA worked with the owners to develop new brand standards, including material and color specifications for updating the entire property, and coordinated with the City and contractors for permitting and implementation.
