With over 18,000 SF of total living space, including 13,000 SF of interior area, this new 5-story single-family, waterfront home befittingly sets a new standard in luxury, next door to The Standard Hotel. Combining three Belle Isle parcels in a Multifamily Zoning District in Miami Beach, the home is planned to give a growing family the convenience of a modern, urban setting, private amenities and a home spa that surpass many 5 star hotels, and serenity that comes with a design focused on health and wellness, while capitalizing on the magnificent views. Sensitive to its surroundings, the exterior consists of glass, Accoya wood slats, exposed concrete with varying textures that humanize the scale, white terrazzo that evokes Miami Beach’s Art Deco heritage, and an abundance of tropical landscaping. In addition to the new home, the project includes a new, custom and very couture dock that provides for a 50’ yacht, a speed boat, two jet skis, paddle boards, space to fish, and more. To bring this vision to life, PRAVDA worked closely with the clients and collaborated with MGA, The Lush Theory, Bliss & Nyitray, RCI Engineering, and Green Coast Engineers.
