After being referred by their next-door neighbor for whom we completed another project, the Bistritzky Family contacted PRAVDA, seeking to maximize the buildable area of their property. Their goal was to add space, so there was room for their adult children and grandchildren to comfortably visit. Additionally, they sought to have a small office space and to update the interior aesthetics and functionality of their mid-century home. The project involved renovating the existing 3200 SF home and 400 SF Roof Terrace/ Balcony, and creating a 410 SF addition that included a new, luxurious Guest Master Suite. The completed home includes 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, an expansive kosher kitchen, an elevated dining room, a formal living room, a family room, two sets of stacked clothes washers and dryers, a home office, and new utilities capable of accommodating a full house. The addition was carefully integrated to appear from the inside and out like it was always a part of the original home.
